HRA credits – The maximum annual amount of HRA credits that you can earn through the YP4H Incentive Program will increase to $300 per enrolled participant. If you do not use all of your HRA credits during the year, your funds roll over to the following year. The rollover funds are available for 2019 expenses after the reimbursement grace period, usually after April 15. To access the rollover funds, you must continue to be enrolled in Ohio State’s Faculty and Staff Health Plans and meet any other requirements in the 2019 Faculty and Staff Health Plans Specific Plan Details (SPD) DocumentPDF file. Learn more about HRA credits.

PulseCash^ – All participants can earn up to $100 in PulseCash. PulseCash is available for you to redeem in the Virgin Pulse online store to purchase gift cards or health and wellness items, such as fitness tracking devices, or to donate to a variety of charitable organizations. Learn more about PulseCash.

^PulseCash is subject to taxation at the time it is earned.

Enrolled faculty or staff may receive a premium credit to reduce the cost of your employee medical plan contributions with the completion of the Personal Health and Well-being Assessment (PHA) and a verified Biometric Screening. Enrolled faculty and staff can receive $20/month by completing both requirements, and $30/month if their enrolled spouse does as well. Complete both steps in 2019 to lock in receiving the full premium credit for 2020.

Spouses enrolled in an Ohio State medical plan are eligible to participate in YP4H and earn rewards.  As a family, you could earn up to $600 in HRA credits, up to $200 in PulseCash and up to $30/monthly premium credit.

Your spouse must register their own Virgin Pulse account to participate.  If your spouse has not yet registered their Virgin Pulse account, direct them to the Quick Start page for step-by-step instructions.
