15 Minute Full Body Stretch Break

Use 15 minutes around lunch to add in some light stretching and energy in your day. Along with health coach Alison, you will perform a gentle, whole body stretch flow. You will learn some exercises that you can continue to do on your own whenever you need them again. No equipment is necessary. However, have clothing you can easily move in and flat shoes for comfort.
