15 Minute Mid-Day Stretch Break

To celebrate National Hospital Week and the tremendous work to care for others, we are providing opportunities to honor the importance of self-care.

All are welcome to join our OSU Health Coach Alison in this 15-minute virtual activity to perform some gentle stretches you can do anytime or anywhere you need a break.
