15 Minute Upper Body Muscle Tension Stretch

Tightness in our upper body can cause pain or stiffness in your neck, back, and shoulders, and limit your daily activities. The muscles may feel tight and stiff as the result of stress, tension, and overuse. Upper body muscle tension can be also caused by sitting for extended periods, incorrect sleeping positions, and injuries. Take 15 minutes out of your day to perform some gentle upper body stretches with Health Coach Alison. You will learn some exercises that you can continue to do on your own whenever you need them again.
