4 Week Weight Challenge

Join Health Coaches Jessica & Michael as they challenge you to become the best version of yourself!  Each week we will focus on a different area of wellness with weekly challenges to help you build healthy habits. The coaches will help you to take the next steps towards becoming a healthier and more confident you.

This is a four session series on Mondays from 12:00pm to 12:30pm starting on 7/13/2020 and ending on 8/3/2020.  You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (7/13, 7/20, 7/27 & 8/3) when you register for the first session.
