4-Weeks Towards A Healthy Weight

We are looking forward to you joining in this four week series aimed at helping you move closer to your healthy weight. Join Health Coach Michael as he challenges you to become the best version of yourself! Each week we will focus on a different area of wellness with weekly challenges to help you build sustainable healthy habits. This series will help you to take the next steps towards becoming a healthier and more confident you.
This is a four session series on Thursdays from 12:00pm to 12:30pm starting on 7/14/22 and ending on 8/4/22. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (7/14, 7/21, 7/28 & 8/4) when you register for the first session.
