Only 8% of people who create New Year’s resolutions achieve their goals. It’s time to break this trend and make this year, the one that we accomplish our goals. Join OSU Health Coaches Adam Roberts and Michael Bramlish to discuss tips and strategies to help stay motivated and accountable in this 6-week challenge to make resolutions routine. We will practice setting SMART goals that balance routines using the 6 pillars of health and wellness.
