Feeling off kilter or out of control? Join health coach Amanda and explore ways to create more balance in your life. Participants will define what balance and wellness mean to them, identify what throws them off balance, and create a plan to increase their sense of balance and wellbeing in multiple areas of life.
This is a four session series on Wednesdays from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM starting on 3/10/2021 and ending on 3/31/2021. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (3/10, 3/17, 3/24 & 3/31) when you register for the first session.
