A Month To A Healthier Heart: Your 4-Week Plan

Taking charge of your heart health is always a great idea. Plus, February is National Heart Month, making it the perfect time to begin a four week plan to start your journey towards a healthier heart and a healthier you.
Join Alison, an OSU health coach, for a group coaching series on steps you can start over the next four weeks to boost your heart health. During this series, we will:
- Lay the groundwork for understand heart health and identifying risk while kickstarting prevention.
- Review nutrition recommendations for a heart healthy lifestyle.
- Discuss the power of physical activity.
- Discover the connection between stress and heart disease and explore techniques for management.
This is a four session series on Tuesdays from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM starting on February 4 and ending on February 25. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (2/4, 2/11, 2/18 & 2/25) when you register for the first session.
