Ackerman Resistance Bands

Join OSU Health Coaches Adam and Alison to take a break out of your day for resistance band training. Resistance bands are an easy way to incorporate strength training into your day or exercise program. We will demonstrate how to use these with simple exercises that you can do for a whole body routine.
This is a four session series on Wednesdays from 12:30pm to 1:00pm starting on 1/8/2020 and ending on 1/29/2020. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (1/8, 1/15, 1/22 & 1/29) when you register for the first session.
