An event every week that begins at 12:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until October 30, 2019
Working for long stretches without breaks can lead to stress and decreased energy. Taking a break can refresh the mind and help with those mid-day slumps. Join OSU Health Coaches Adam and Bonnie during football season for a 20 minute activity break. This activity break will include football inspired drills. Bring water and athletic shoes.
This is a five week series on Wednesdays starting on October 2, 2019 and ending on October 30, 2019 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. You will be automatically enrolled for all five sessions (10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23 & 10/30) when you register for the first session.
