Have you been thinking about taking your running to the next level? Join Health Coach Michael as we get more in depth to discuss running techniques such as running mechanics, determining pace, and much more to help you conquer your running goals.
This is a four week series starting on May 3rd 2021 and ending on May 24th 2021 from 12pm to 12:30pm. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (5/3, 5/10, 5/17 & 5/24) when you register for the first session.
