Advanced Tai Chi For Balance

Taiji (tai chi) is a series of slow, meditative movements that improve health through relaxation, mindfulness, breathing, and strengthening postures. Advanced Taiji for Balance is designed to support students who know the 8 movements of Taiji for Balance Form, based in Guang Ping Yang, as they deepen their understanding and practice of this form. We work to enhance awareness of both the physical and the mindful nature of each movement and, all the while, we open to the stories and meanings that arise for body, mind, and spirit!
