Advanced Weight Lifting Challenge

Join OSU Health Coaches Adam and Michael for a second weight lifting challenge. They will provide a more in depth workout series to keep you going this year. Learn how to progress your workout weight training plans with more techniques and tips.
This is a six session series on Fridays from 11:30am to 12:00pm starting on 3/26/2020 and ending on 4/30/2020. You will be automatically enrolled for all six sessions (3/26, 4/2, 4/9, 4/16, 4/23 & 4/30) when you register for the first session.
