Join Health Coach and Exercise Physiologist Adam Roberts in a 4-week series on weight lifting strategies and techniques. Adam will show you how to plan and design out your workouts for more results in the gym. If you are looking to get more out of your weight lifting this is the group for you.
This is a four week series starting on November 1, 2019 and ending on November 22, 2019 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (11/1, 11/8, 11/15 & 11/22) when you register for the first session starting on November 1, 2019.
