Do you dread the winter season? Winter in addition to the holidays can interrupt your health goals like working out and limiting high calorie comfort foods. It’s a tough season for motivation. Current research has shown that an average of 5 to 7 pound weight gain happens in the winter season alone. Join Health Coaches Jessica and Bonnie as they navigate all the winter barriers to overcome and avoiding the seasonal weight gain this year.
This is a four week series starting on 11/24/21 and ending on 12/15/21 from 12:30pm to 1:00pm. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (11/24, 12/1, 12/8 & 12/15) when you register for the first session.
