Balance Of Opposites blends the yang elements of an active Vinyasa practice, such as flow, energy, and strength, with the soothing restorative benefits of Yin yoga. Throughout the course of the class, you will move through cleansing creative postures to engage the body before easing into passive postures to reset and restore the mind.
This class will run for 8 weeks from Thursday, July 18th through September 5th.
