Balancing Your Exercise Routine

We all have exercises we really like to do and while they are important we may be neglecting activities that may really help us. Having balance in your routine can help keep you injury free, make you stronger, and stay more fit. Join Coach Adam weekly March 9th through the 30th to learn to diversify your activity routine and stay on track with your goals this spring.
This is a four session series on Wednesdays from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM starting on 03/09/22 and ending on 03/30/22. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (3/9, 3/16, 3/23 & 3/30) when you register for the first session.
