Beginner Weight Lifting Challenge

Join OSU Health Coaches Adam and Michael for a New Year’s weight lifting challenge. They will provide workout content and tips to keep you on track and motivated. Learn the benefits of building lean muscle and grow your confidence with weight training.
This is a six session series on Fridays from 11:30am to 12:00pm starting on 1/22/2020 and ending on 2/26/2020. You will be automatically enrolled for all six sessions (1/22, 1/29, 2/5, 2/12, 2/19 & 2/26) when you register for the first session.
