Beginner’s Yoga - Your Plan for Health

This class will move through a series of poses that will gently engage and open all of the major muscle groups. Guided breathing techniques will link breath to movement to enhance a mind/body connection to improve overall physical and mental health and well-being.
This event is sponsored by Buckeye Wellness and is open to all faculty, staff, students and family members over the age of 18. If you have not already filled out a waiver form for any Buckeye Wellness Group Fitness class, please do so here before attending class.
Zoom alone does not meet the university’s Minimum Digital Accessibility Standards (MDAS). Therefore, a plan has been put in place if you wish to be a part of the series but may need accommodations.
