Join OSU health coach Michael for a four-week series to kick off the new year with a fresh approach to your health and well-being. This group health coaching series is designed to help you build realistic habits, fuel your body with energy, and manage stress in ways that last beyond January. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies for nutrition, movement, and mindset so you can feel stronger, healthier, and more balanced in 2026.
During the four sessions, we will learn:
- How to set sustainable health goals and create habits that fit your lifestyle.
- Simple nutrition and movement strategies to boost energy and resilience.
- Techniques to improve stress management and sleep for overall well-being.
This is a four-session series on Tuesdays from 12:00pm to 12:30pm starting on January 13th and ending on February 3rd. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (1/13, 1/20, 1/27, & 2/3) when you register for the first session.
