Bodies In Motion: 10 Minute Core Cruncher

Join OSU Health Coaches Adam and Bonnie for a 10 minute core crunching workout. Core exercises can help you improve posture, reduce back pain, improve balance, and improve movement with physical activity.
This is a 3-session series meeting once per week on Wednesdays from 12:30pm to 1:00pm starting on 11/6/2019 and ending on 11/20/2019. You will be automatically enrolled for all 3 sessions (11/6, 11/13 & 11/20) when you register for the first session.
