Breaking Barriers To Physical Activity

Join OSU health coach Bonnie Castro for a four-week series about getting motivated and staying consistent with being active. During the 30-minute sessions, we will:
- Learn about the importance of physical activity and exercise.
- Identify real barriers to being active and discuss solutions!
- Create a personalized plan for activity that fits your personality, interests, and schedule.
This is a four session series on Tuesdays from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM starting on 10/14/2025 and ending on 11/04/2025. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (10/14, 10/21, 10/28 & 11/4) when you register for the first session.
