Breaking Through Barriers To Physical Activity

Do you struggle with getting motivated to engage in physical activity? Do you find it challenging to stay consistent with being active? Join health coaches Amanda and Bonnie in a group with others like you to get creative about physical activity. You’ll learn about why activity is important, identify real barriers to being active, and start to create a personalized plan for activity that fits your personality, interests, and schedule.
This is a four session series on Thursdays from 12:30pm to 1:00pm starting on 2/11/2021 and ending on 3/4/2021. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (2/11, 2/18, 2/25 & 3/4) when you register for the first session.
