Build Resilience With The SMART Lab

The combination of deep breathing, inner awareness, and positive emotion can help counteract stress and build resilience. Join Health Coach Amanda Fox for a four week series that will introduce you to these strategies and the innovative HeartMath biofeedback technology. Participants will receive an orientation to the SMART Lab technology with opportunity to use the fun, easy-to-do computer activities in each session. Participants will also have a chance to learn other relaxation and resilience building strategies, including HeartMath breathing techniques.
This is a four session series on Fridays from 11:30am to 12:15pm starting on 1/10/2020 and ending on 2/7/2020. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (1/10, 1/17, 1/24 & 2/7) when you register for the first session.
