Building Resilience & Coping With Uncertainty

As we continue to cope with changes because of COVID-19, we revisit our Building Resilience group series this fall. Join Health Coach Amanda Fox for a 4-week series that will introduce you to strategies for building resilience in the face of change and uncertainty. Participants will have a chance to learn and experience relaxation exercises, including HeartMath breathing techniques for future practice with biofeedback technology in the OSU SMART Lab. We will also include a session dedicated to career resilience to help participants maintain energy for their work for the rest of 2020 and beyond.
This is a four session series on Wednesdays from 12 PM to 12:45 PM starting on 9/9/2020 and ending on 9/30/2020. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (9/9, 9/16, 9/23 & 9/30) when you register for the first session.
