Building Resilience & Coping With Uncertainty

The combination of deep breathing, inner awareness, and positive emotion can help counteract stress. Join Health Coach Amanda Fox for a 4-week series that will introduce you to strategies for building resilience in the face of change and uncertainty. Participants will have a chance to learn and experience relaxation exercises, including HeartMath breathing techniques for future practice with biofeedback technology in the OSU SMART Lab.

This is a four session series on Fridays from 11:30am to 12:00pm starting on 4/3/2020 and ending on 4/24/2020.  You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (4/3, 4/10, 4/17 & 4/24) when you register for the first session.
