Calming Yoga-Based Movement

An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until October 28, 2020
This 4-week series will offer gentle yoga-based practices aimed to build resilience and stamina for living with the changes COVID-19 has brought to all of our lives. Each week we will use simple movement, breath work, and meditation focusing on fatigue, grief, self-care, and dealing with change.
No experience necessary. All are welcome and encouraged. No registration is required, attend each class as you are able.
