Calming Yoga-Based Movement

An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until September 22, 2020
This 4-week series will offer gentle yoga-based practices aimed to build resilience and stamina for living with the changes COVID-19 has brought to all of our lives. Each week we will use simple movement, breath work, and meditation focusing on effects such as exhaustion, insomnia, isolation, overstimulation, and anxiety.
No experience necessary. All are welcome and encouraged. No registration is required, attend each class as you are able.
This program is sponsored in collaboration by the Center for Integrated Medicine and Gabbe Health & Wellness. A recording will be made available on the Gabbe Health & Wellness site following each class.
