Cardio Anywhere: An Effective Workout Without Equipment

Join OSU health coach Bonnie Castro for a physical activity program to learn how to fit in cardiovascular exercise without equipment that you can do anywhere. During the 20-30 minute session, we will:
- Discover a variety of cardiovascular exercises you can perform in a small space.
- Learn to stay active when weather is barrier.
- Explore both low-impact and high-impact movements to suit your fitness level.
