For better or worse, work has changed a lot for a lot of people over the past 18 months. Sometimes, when things get shaken up, it’s a good time to check in on how we’re feeling and where we’re going. If you’re feeling like your work needs a wellness check, then join Health Coach Amanda Fox for a four week series focused on career wellness! In this series, you’ll learn about career resilience and why it’s important, discover ways to align your work with your best strengths, review ways to prevent or manage burnout, and set goals for habits that will help you feel engaged and resilient.
This is a four session series on Mondays from 12 PM to 12:45 PM starting on 10/25/2021 and ending on 11/15/2021. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (10/25, 11/1, 11/8 & 11/15) when you register for the first session.
