Cooking Demo: The Foods Of Summer

Join us for our special ‘Foods of Summer’ tasting event. We will start with a watermelon gazpacho – where cucumber and watermelon create a sweet and savory chilled soup. Next we will enjoy a healthy dose of plant protein and fiber from a summer bean salad tossed with a simple fresh herb vinaigrette. We will round out our meal with low carb zucchini bread made with almond flour. This will be a deliciously fresh, plant-powered meal that will fill you up without weighing you down!
