Coping Skills & Strategies For Stress Management

Do you sometimes feel like your coping strategies need a refresh? Or perhaps your best coping skills have been overwhelmed lately by compounding stressors? Join Health Coach Amanda Fox for a six week series focused on coping well. In this series we’ll break “coping” down into stages and types so you can expand your coping tool box. Participants will learn simple steps they can take for better coping and practice skills and strategies that build resilience for stress management.

This is a six session series on Tuesdays from 12:30 PM to 1 PM starting on 3/1/22 and ending on 4/5/22. You will be automatically enrolled for all six sessions (3/1, 3/8, 3/15, 3/22, 3/29 & 4/5) when you register for the first session.
