Join OSU Health Bonnie for a 10-minute core cruncher workout. Core exercises can help you improve your posture, reduce back pain, improve balance, an improve movement with physical activity.
This is a four session series on Wednesdays from 12:30pm to 1:00pm starting on 3/4/2020 and ending on 3/25/2020. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (3/4, 3/11, 3/18 & 3/25) when you register for the first session.
