The couch to 5k online training group is designed to be a support group for people wanting to start a walking / running program. Every two weeks for eight weeks, we will meet online to discuss two running / walking tips and host ten minutes of Q&A at the end of the meeting.
This is a four session series on Mondays from 12pm to 12:30pm starting on 3/14/22 and ending on 4/25/22. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (3/14, 3/28, 4/11 & 4/25) when you register for the first session.
