Creative Wellness: Mandala Expressions

Join a new year’s creative wellness moment! Participants will create a Mandala during the hour-long workshop. Mandalas are a form of Sanskrit. You will make, take apart, and reconstruct to create an image that provides inspiration for positive change.
NOTE: Participants must provide their own supplies. Supplies can be simple – paper, trinkets from your house/office, newspaper clippings, items from nature, paper plates, glue, scissors, drawing/writing tools.
