Self-care is what people do for themselves to establish and maintain health and to prevent and deal with illness. Join health coach Jessica for this four week group health coaching series as she talks about different areas of health and how it applies to self-care.
This is a four week series starting on August 9, 2021 and ending on August 30, 2021 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (8/9, 8/16, 8/23 & 8/30) when you register for the first session.
