How do you define happiness? Where does happiness come from? What are the dimensions of happiness? Happiness is something you can cultivate with a little intention and consistent practice! Join health coach Amanda to learn some practical happiness-boosting strategies that you can implement into your own life. We’ll discuss themes such as gratitude, social connections, and more.
This is a four session series on Wednesdays from 12:30-1:00 pm starting on 7/7/2021 and ending on 7/28/2021. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (7/7, 7/14, 7/21 & 7/28) when you register for the first session.
