Eating To Support Your Exercise Routine

Having a good exercise routine is only half of the battle. The other half of your results come from your nutrition. Join OSU health coach Adam twice weekly, Tuesdays and Thursdays, December 12th through the 21st to look into how optimizing your food choices can help with your gym results.

This is a four session series on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM starting on 12/12/23 and ending on 12/21/23. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (12/12, 12/14, 12/19 & 12/21) when you register for the first session.
