Eating To Support Your Exercise Routine

Having a good exercise routine is only half of the battle. The other half of your results come from your nutrition. Join OSU health coach Michael for a four-week series to look into how optimizing your food choices can help with your gym results.
During the four sessions, we will:
- Learn why fueling is important
- Explore macronutrient recommendations
- Learn which foods helps support your goals
This is a four-session series on Wednesdays from 12:00pm to 12:30pm starting on November 5th and ending on December 3rd (we will skip the week of Thanksgiving). You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (11/5, 11/12, 11/19, & 12/3) when you register for the first session.
