Life’s Essential 8 are the key measures for improving and maintaining cardiovascular health, as defined by the American Heart Association. Better cardiovascular health helps lower the risk for heart disease, stroke and other major health problems. Join OSU health coach Alison to see how you score in these 8 essential areas. We will discuss steps you can take now with health behaviors to improve your heart health score one point at a time!
This is a four session series on Tuesdays from 12:00pm to 12:30pm starting on 2/14/23 and ending on 3/7/23. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (2/14, 2/21, 2/28 & 3/7) when you register for the first session.
