Join OSU Health Coach, Adam for an in-depth look into using exercise as a tool to control your weight on the scale.
This is a four session series on Thursday’s from 12:00pm to 12:30pm starting on 7/22/2021 and ending on 8/12/2021. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (7/22, 7/29, 8/5 & 8/12) when you register for the first session.
