Join OSU Health Coach Michael for an in-depth look into adding exercise as a tool to control your weight.
This is a four session series on Tuesdays from 12:30pm to 1:00pm starting on 6/21/22 and ending on 7/12/22. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (6/21, 6/28, 7/5 & 7/12) when you register for the first session.
