Join OSU Health Coach, Adam for an in-depth look into using exercise as a tool to control your weight on the scale.

This is a four session series on Thursdays from 11:30am to 12:00pm starting on 11/05/2020 and ending on 12/03/2020.  You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (11/5, 11/12, 11/19 & 12/3) when you register for the first session.
