Exercise Is Medicine – Write Your Own Prescription!

Imagine there was one medication to help you manage your weight, give you more energy, reduce your stress, and control your blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar. Wait, there already is and it’s exercise! Join OSU health coaches Michael Bramlish and Alison Barney to learn how to write your own prescription for exercise. During the four week group coaching, we will explore how to create your own vision and action plan for fitting in exercise and some of the benefits it might bring to your life.
