Join OSU health coach Alison for an educational program on exercising with pain and safe strategies to stay active. Living with pain doesn’t mean you have to give up on movement. In this empowering webinar, we’ll explore how to exercise safely and effectively—even when dealing with chronic pain, joint discomfort, or mobility challenges. You’ll learn how to listen to your body, modify activities, and find the right types of movement to support your health without making pain worse.
During the 30-minute session, we will:
- Discuss pain and movement and tips for modifying common exercises
- Work on reducing fear of movement and avoid injury
- Learn when to push and when to pause
