Exploring Habits Of Maintaining Long Term Weight Loss

Join OSU health coach Michael for a four week series aimed at creating a plan to lose weight and keep it off long term. During the 30-minute sessions, we will:

  • Learn reasons why people lose weight and gain it back
  • Discuss characteristics of people who lose weight and how they keep it off
  • Help you to build a plan to maintain weight loss

This is a four session series on Tuesdays from 11:30am to 12:00pm starting on 10/15/2024 and ending on 11/5/2024. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (10/15, 10/22, 10/29 & 11/5) when you register for the first session.
