Exploring Habits Of Maintaining Long Term Weight Loss

Join OSU health coaches Michael and Bonnie for a four week series aimed at creating a plan to lose weight and keep it off long term. During the 30-minute sessions, we will:

  • Learn reasons why people lose weight and gain it back
  • Discuss characteristics of people who lose weight and how they keep it off
  • Help you to build a plan to maintain weight loss

This is a four session series on Wednesdays from 12:00pm to 12:30pm starting on 2/7/2024 and ending on 2/28/2024. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (2/7, 2/14, 2/21 & 2/28) when you register for the first session.
