Join OSU Health Coach Lindsay to develop a personalized plan for success. We will share strategies during the four-week series to support life-long habits related to nutrition, physical activity and weight management.
This is a four session series on Thursdays from 12:00pm to 12:30pm starting on 1/14/2021 and ending on 2/4/2021. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (1/14, 1/21, 1/28 & 2/4) when you register for the first session.
