Join OSU Health Coach, Lindsay to develop a personalized plan for success. We will share strategies during the four-week series to support life-long habits related to nutrition, physical activity and weight management.
This is a four session series on Tuesdays from 11:30am to 12:00pm starting on 6/8/2021 and ending on 6/29/2021. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (6/8, 6/15, 6/22 & 6/29) when you register for the first session.
